I'm also 2c/3a and very low porosity.
For cleansing and conditioning, I LOVE Shea Moisture Raw Shea Butter Moisture Retention Shampoo and Shea Moisture Restorative Conditioner. I only started using them recently, but the shampoo isn't stripping at all, and the conditioner (which I use as a leave-in) helps a lot with smoothing and definition. They're fairly inexpensive, too, especially compared to Deva.
