Read this thread - really interesting: are there good and bad proteins?
It's resonating with me b/c my hair is so frizzy, strawlike, and dry and I can't figure out why but that seems to be symptomatic of protein overload (using BRHG all the time, etc.)
So now I gotta just experiment with a week or two free of protein - since I already eliminated all the wheat, that shouldn't be too hard - or will it???
