My hair ALWAYS feels better after using tons of protein, and yet it's exhibiting signs of protein overload - strawlike by end of day, brittle, shedding, tangles -

I don't know that egg and mayo/olive oil are the same *types* of proteins as what I may be reacting too, though - like the wheat and hydrolized kinds...

Want to grow it long again!
And simply want to figure out this hair of mine!
