CCCC lite has a water-soluble silicone, so it definitely won't build up.
I use all of them, too! I'm sure they'll all be nice for your hair for different needs. You won't always need thick, oily moisturizer, but you'll always need something for moisture, tangles and frizz, and everything you bought should work really well for those. They may even be more moisturizing for you than me...I do live in a desert, so my hair could use a little humidity.
I love the SheaMoisture stuff as well (the Smoothie is better than the Milk, for me). The GVP Conditioning Balm is the "generic" version of Biolage, and I think the ingredients are similar enough that nobody would need both products.
One of these days you'll have to try One & Only Argan Oil Mask. I still cannot get over how soft it makes my hair.
