I started taking flaxseed meal as a supplement to my breakfast about 2 years ago. I started taking it to help with digestion and to feeling more full after breakfast time. My hair was thinning because of cancer treatments and other medicines I was taking; after 6 months of putting 2 teaspoons of flaxseed in my yogurt every morning, I notice that my hair was getting thicker, my eyelashes and eyebrows as well. Now 2 years later, at 61 years old my hair is as thick and beautiful as it was when I was in my teens and twenties.
