some fast help on cones and my shampoos please!
im gonna straighten my hair tonight and my heat protector has two cones in them. amodimethicone and dimethicone.
I want to know if i need to use a shampoo with sulfates to get that out next time i wash my hair or does the straightener kinda get rid of that?
my shampoos are nature's gate aloe vera shampoo which has all these in it
Water, Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine (Coconut Derived), Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (Coconut Derived), Disodium Cocoamphodiacetate (Coconut Derived), Glycerin (Vegetable Derived), Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice, Panthenol, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Borago Officinalis (Borage) Seed Oil, Tocopherol (Vitamine E), Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Hordeum Vulgare (Barley) Extract, Urtica Dioica (Nettle) Extract, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Fruit Extract, Viola Tricolor (Pansy) Extract, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Sorbitan Sesquicaprylate (Coconut and Corn Derived), Polysorbate 20, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (Plant Derived), Sodium Hydroxide, Glyceryl Undecylenate (Vegetable Derived), Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance.
and then i use every day shea moisturizing shampoo which has
Liquid shea butter soap (aqueous shea leaf (butyrospermum parkii) extract, saponified shea (butyrospermum parkii) butter (and) virgin coconut (cocos nucifera) oil), cocamidopropyl betaine, decyl polyglucose, vanilla extract, spearmint essential oil.
both are "sulfate free." but if i need to run to walmart in a bit and get a different shampoo to remove those cones next time please let me know because i am very confused on what's going to get rid of cones. i really dont wanna use a harsh sulfate because ive been cg for a year now.
please let me know a good product or maybe another heat protector that doesnt have cones? thanks!
