I'm wondering if you need more moisture. I did not find the KCKT to be moisturizing enough for my hair as a LI, and I can't imagine it would be any better as a RO or cowash. I also found the shampoo extremely stripping. But I do love the KCCC. I would suggest trying a more moisturizing conditioner to see if that helps, toss the KC shampoo (if you want a good low poo I love the SM shampoo), and maybe do a weekly DT.
