Fitness Challenge Update
Getting near the end of week 5.
Down 6 lbs and 4.5 inches.
A new challenge started Oct 1st involving lots of working out. Doing great so far, tho this cold is slowing me down a little. A word of caution tho. Ya know when you see a pair of shoes you just have to have? And you buy them and immediately wear them for hours and hours and end up with blisters? Well the same goes for a shiny new stationary racing bike. You don't want to just jump on and ride for an hour. You will get blisters in awkward and unusual places. Yep.
