I would contact a lawyer. Save a sample of hair from the root and some breakage. Keep ur receipt ( or online account proof of purchase) and the name of the manager. This is horrible! I burned my scalp once with a vo5 hot oil treatment and I thought the hair would never grow back! I can't imagine the ignorance it takes to justify this! Please, please contact a lawyer...if the lawyer permits, contact the media...totally serious. I know it could b expensive, but they need to be held accountable so they don't hurt anyone else. It could have caused any sort if exasperation to any illness, allergy or respiratory infection...talk to a doctor or deem as we'll. there MUST b some case law surrounding salon etiquette, requirements, product disclosure, or use of chemicals......
