I've used natural soap bars since they were the rage on nc.com over 4 years ago. I feel that they've tightened my curl and increased volume. I'm really picky about ingredients. My hair HATED the only CV bar I tired. It was so awful (tangled and frizzy) that I would have never used another bar if it was my first experience. At first, I didn't know if it was shea butter, castor or avocado oil. I eventually discovered that it was the castor oil.

Do you suppose it would work as a shampoo bar? I did already place an order for CV shampoo bars but I only got sample sizes, hopefully they work. Volume and tighter curls are always a plus for me!
