Please help me understand :)
While I'm not new here, I don't post much...mostly read. My hair is doing okay...I think I like what I'm using (I never buy anything without reading reviews here first). What I'm not "getting" is the whole porosity, protein-deficient, etc. thing. Like...what does it mean if my hair is (insert type) porosity, and how do I know if I'm getting too little/just enough/too much protein? Can anyone help enlighten me? I've read some of the articles, but still don't quite get it. Thanks!
