Would you mind sharing your recipe RCW? Over the past few years I've had several respiratory issues, due to allergies. It normally hits in the spring but I'm having horrible delayed allergies this fall.
I've been trying to drink 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar, in a glass of water, every day. It is good for your system and I do feel a positive overall change, when I keep up with it. I can be slack when it comes to taking something every single day, but I'm working on that.
