I have hot water with lemon and ginger first thing every in the morning. I also take a multivitamin and probiotic. This helps regulate my digestion. Additionally, along with frequent hand-washing, this has helped keep me virus free.
Increasing sleep and giving myself an hour before bed to relax has helped bring my stress levels down. I still need to work on the regular exercise bit.
Explanation by the tongue makes most things clear, but love unexplained is clearer. ~ Rumi
