How to get a good nite's sleep. Go to a house with no furnace, only a wood stove. Make sure it's 30 degrees or less outside. Sleep in a room with no windows in the frames due to remodeling. Put a heated stone at the bottom of the bed. Get a couple heavy blankets plus a down sleeping bag. Add 2 large German shepherds. Sleep for 14 hours. Fantastic.
