Mayonnaise/aioli
Hollandaise
French toast
Bread pudding
Fresh pasta
Sabayon/Zabaglione
Yellow cake with French or Swiss or Italian buttercream

If you make sponge cake (Genoise, chiffon, or other) you can roll it up with pastry cream or curd as a filling as well.
