So maybe i should get a sulfate shampoo and start clarifying once a week? I have scalp issues and some dandruff, especially in winter so maybe a tea tree oil shampoo? Has anyone heard of Jasons Tea Tree shampoo? Thoughts on ingredients or the product?

That's absolutely an option, but again the cocomidapropyl betaine will work for that too. That way if you use a low poo with it you can cover your bases and do a sulfate poo once in awhile. There are a number of good low poos with TT in them.
