The basics for long healthy hair
Minimal heat and chemicals.
Moisture. Moisture. Moisture! Try baggying your hair at night with deep conditioners or your own concoction. And deep condition at least twice a month.
If you use heat or chemicals on your hair than do a protein treatment once or twice a month as well. If u don't use heat/chemicals than u can get away with doing it like 4 or 5 times a year.
If you notice split ends or single strand knots than trim those when necessary.
Protective styles help lessen split ends and dry hair. So try to keep your hair off your shoulders at least 2-3 times a week.
Supplements like MSM, garlic, biotin, and V vitamins help aide long hair growing as well.
