Actually, the Hunger Games replica jacket I bought for Halloween would work well unless it was wintry. It's a two layered jacket, and the removable outer layer is good for rainy weather. Both layers have deep hoods (can handle my large head and big hair) that pull-tie shut.
I have military pants and would wear those. I'm used to moving around in them and they have pockets.
These trail boots are on my list to buy.

The boots I bought for my costume are fine, but I want the above for real trail stuff.
Backpack, utility belt, water purification tablets, containers to hold water on the go. Backpack/trail bag would hold gloves, ear muffs, extra socks (don't want trench foot) Diva cup, sunblock, lip balm. Sleeping bag can go on top of pack.
