Fitness Challenge update. 2 months finished! 1.5 months to go. It's going by so fast.
Down 11.2 lbs. The trainer told me today that I'm probably the most improved of the group as far as form goes and that I really have good form now. Of course since I had never taken a gym class in my life and didn't know how to do one thing, I didn't have far to go before I improved. But still - yay me!
She says I'm one of the strongest in the group now too (and I'm one of the oldest so woohoo!). I've gone from using 4 and 5 lb weights to using 5 and 8 lb weights and occasionally 10 lb.
I worked out 29 days and a total of 40 hours in October. I can't figure out what I was doing with all that time before. Such an exciting life. : )
