I'm currently reading The House of the Spirits (sometimes I'm too lazy for italics) and I love it. I need to get MOAR BOOKS soon, though, since I will burn through this in no time. I may have to resort to Amazon to get some of the recommendations I got here, because the uses bookstores I visited here were tiny and not do well-organized.
