My calves don't look so big well not as big. Maybe I'm hallucinating because I only like lost 3 lbs the whole month of October.
My bra band did go back down. Not back to my old bras.
Oh well I'm going to try and do Pilates and yoga everyday this month at least 10 minutes worth so it's nothing demanding or time taking uping.
I'm also going to add treadmill runs to tuesday nights.
And my long distance runs will be on the weekends whatever ever day I'm not working.
And spinning Sundays.
