I eat a combo of primal, low sugar, low carb. I have greatly reduced grains, cereal, bread, rice, pasta, beans, sugar but still have them in limited amounts. I also limit processed foods and anything out of a box.
I feel much better, lighter, more energetic, more alert with this way of eating.

Not trying to be mean or sarcastic I'm serious, but my mind goes blank when I try to eat like that, I can't figure out what kind of meals to make.
