I eat a combo of primal, low sugar, low carb. I have greatly reduced grains, cereal, bread, rice, pasta, beans, sugar but still have them in limited amounts. I also limit processed foods and anything out of a box.
I feel much better, lighter, more energetic, more alert with this way of eating.

+1 for me. Lost 40 lbs since march. And it was FAT (I've lost about 8% body fat so far). 5 inches in my waist and 5 inches in my hips. Still working at it.
