Huh. I have this and have never used it. I got it when I still had access to the professional beauty supply store, so I probably only paid half of that. Now I have to go use it!

No...going no-poo or CG does not work for me. It leaves me overconditioned and oily in a second no matter what I use, so that's not what's not working.
