To clump my hair, I flip my head over after washing, conditioning, and detangling. Then, I gently comb it with a wide-toothed comb as the water runs through it to get good clumps. At this point, it should look like large ramen noodles, haha. After that, I get just a regular terry cloth towel (microfibers make me frizz) and very softly scrunch the curls to absorb some water, but not too much. Then, I scrunch n' pump in my leave-in conditioner, my styler, and some argan oil.
Hope this helps!
