I've used Suave naturals conditioner. It doesn't have any silicones or parabens.

This page talks about co-washing and has a list of ingredients to look out for, since that might be easier in your country. It also has some other conditioner suggestions.
Averages out at 2b, ranges from 1c to 3a, very fine
Mane 'n Tail co-wash + leave-in
Clarifying shampoo every few weeks
Lavender Allergy
