Ha! I had one yesterday, but it happened right after I ate a Dunkin Donut. Who knew donuts could be a trigger? What a cruel, cruel thing.
Malted Barley Flour is most likely the culprit. See if the donut you ate has this ingredient. It's a known trigger.
