For me there was a pretty big change, but I have fine curls that are very "reactive" and cones especially really pull them out. But the change was that before, my hair would be quite wavy/curly when wet, and then turn to less curly, more poofy frizz as it dried. With CG, my hair retains nice shine and definition, instead of being one big ball of frizz, and this looks curlier.
