Possibly, it's the Propylene Glycol that makes you itch. A lot of people are "sensitive" or allergic to it. If you search, you may find the thread about that.

I'm a fine crafter and do a few shows each year. The absolute best cream I've ever used it the Whipped Shea Butter from Muddy Creek Soap Company - Products - Loofah, Body Lotion, Foaming Hand Wash, Gift Baskets It's the only thing that helps raw, chapped hands in the winter.
