Emhorse, if you are washing with low-sulf and it feels right, and all is well, and your hair likes it, then as MI said, it *is* the right thing

My low-poo and condish have silicones, but they are delicious on my hair, and I am getting curlier with every wash so, if it works, then do it! One thing I found useful was to use only a small amount of my low-poo mixed in with a handful of condish...but, all heads of hair are different...very few react the same way to any one treatment or product...just keep playing and experimenting, and you will find what works for you! I am glad you are enjoying your hair!

My hair officially hates protein Once a month is enough!
Currently a fan of TiGi products, (rock on, TiGi Curlesque styling creme!) but that will soon change - I am a self-avowed product junkie! Yay!
BIG fan of supersoaker method - thanks Rudeechick!
