Not to jump into the convo, but I just discovered that Knox gelatin PT recipe, and I freakin' LOOOOVVVEEE it! I too use 2 packs, but I think I used too much water (2/3 cup), because it was rather runny/messy, so this time around, I'll use far less and get under the hood dryer for extra potency. I wish I discovered it sooner, I ended up with a bit of breakage after recently box dying my hair black (I shouldn't have done that, esp. since I've been a hairdresser before, lol, but I was being super lazy, and didn't feel like formulating my own color from scratch!). You live, you learn, but now I'm loading up on this Knox gelatin and every protein containing product I can find!
