Default Sick after working out?

Hey ladies, so I've recently been trying to tone up my body and I've been doing Ab work outs. But, it seems that a few hours after I work out, I get these awful stomach aches. It's the worst pain I've ever felt. Anyone know what this could be and how to stop it so I can continue to work out?
