I have 2a-2b hair. Co wash has definitely helped in reducing the frizz, I use garnier and herbal essences as conditioners. They soften my hair well enough. I still use sulfate shampoo, but I dilute it before I put it in my hair.

I'm working on finding a prefect leave in (natural or watered down rinse out conditioner) and perfecting the exact amount needed so my waves aren't weighed down and greasy.

I sometimes like to enhance my waves with braids and twists, but I love my flat iron too. As long as my hair is healthy, anything works for me.
