Currently on day two of "modified" primal. I've done primal before and I loved how my body responded. I'm doing no grains til Christmas. I say modified because I still eat small amounts of dairy (more than primal would approve of, but not a ton) and I keep chickpeas and black beans in my diet. I LOVE the shepherd's pie idea, idk why I didn't think of that...
