Sealing with oil was working beautifully until the dews started dipping below 20 and sometimes into the single digits. I have already been using butters/creams on just my ends, but I haven't officially tried the LOC method on all my hair yet - plan to do this tomorrow when I wash though and see how it goes. I'm hoping that adding this step will fix the problem, so I can keep my glycerin products in rotation. I'll let you know how it goes - the test will be how my hair feels day two, as this is when I really start to notice the dryness.
