The first four ingredients are found in most conditioners (there may be behentrimonium chloride or stearamidopropyl dimethyle amine in place of cetrimonium chloride, but they do the same work) . They make the hair soft but I don't think they actually moisturize.
If you want moisture, maybe you can seal wet/damp hair with a good sealant and then use the curl products? I'm not sure if that will help 100% but you can give it a go and try it out.
