is my quick reference page I keep bookmarked for silicones. If I have a "duh" moment, that's my first stop. Anyway, Cocamidopropyl Betaine is listed as adequate to remove any of them up to and including Dimethicone.
In addition to the Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate and Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Lauryl Glucose Carboxylate and Lauryl Glucoside also function as surfactants and cleansing agents in the formula Angel listed. You can Google individual ingredient names for more info, but they're all derived from coconut oil (and another chemical in some cases).
