I'm joining this thread. I've been working out during the whole year, alternating between hiking, yoga, krav maga and Jillian Michaels' 30-Day Shred video. However, now I need to work on toning. I've never been fat, but I'm a little too big for my liking. I lack definition and I am at least 10 lbs heavier and one size bigger than I'd like to be. I also need to build up strength.
Thursday: 30-day Shred and 20-minute yoga
Saturday: 30-day Shred and 20-minute yoga
Sunday: Jillian Michaels' Killer Bun and Thighs
3b/c, medium-coarse, low porosity, low density
HG: Jessicurl Too Shea and Kinky Curly Curling Custard
Shampoo: nonsulfate shampoo and Suave Naturals sulfate shampoo when needed
