There is no scientific evidence that castor oil (or any oil) promotes hair growth. I really don't see it as even a logical conclusion. Oil clogs pores, so why would that promote hair growth? Makes no sense.
Rogaine does promote hair growth on the head and eyebrows. For lashes, Latisse works. Anything else? Snake oil.
