Curse thee, Folica.com!
I read good things about Folica.com in the forums here so I decided to order a hair dryer from them. I placed the order on Thanksgiving Day. I got an email that it was shipped last Monday but the FedEx tracking was never updated.
I sent a couple of emails and called customer service; every time I was assured it was on its way despite the lack of FedEx updates.
I called again yesterday and spoke to someone who called FedEx who said there was a "glitch" and the package hadn't been shipped.
Annoying! I bought the hair dryer at Folica.com because of the free shipping and holiday discounts, but what's the point if shipping is delayed and customer service refuses to acknowledge it?
Thanks for listening to (reading) my venting. Anyone else have similar issues? How did you deal with it? I don't often order online.
