Still love Amla. Both henna & Amla have a place in my regimen.
-Henna is more labor intensive. Amla can be used immediately after being mixed with all of it's good benefits. I usually leave henna on for longer lengths of time. I use Amla more if Im strapped for time.
-Amla doesn't change hair color, just makes hair darker, shiny more rich looking. Henna is good for coloring my grays.
-I get good frizz control & manageability from using both.
