I usually make about two or three dozen of about five different kinds of cookies. My two must haves are lemon ricotta and peanut butter blossoms. In addition I am thinking of making chocolate dipped shortbread, DH's aunt's recipe for oatmeal raisin, pecan tassies, and some kind of fudge like cookies and cream or something. I wanted a variation on regular chocolate fudge but something people will still like.
