1. Earthquake: Sit with legs straight out, arms forward, spine tall, and lean back to your “tipping point”. Keep your heels on the mat as you lean back! Let it shake!
I'm going to do one everyday or twice, or as many times as I can until the end of the world (december 21st) since there will probably be earthquakes, it makes sense.
