I'm probably in the minority but I don't think she should have responded. I wouldn't have. Everyone in news gets this crap. I assure you the white women she works with also get emails, calls ect about their hair style, weight, clothing, wrinkles which is probably why station ignored it. But I don't think firing was warranted. Probably they were afraid the race comments would offend advertisers and they made that "policy" up. I don't believe there was any discussion at any meeting.
