Why did the Curl Defining Cream freeze dry my hair, suck out all moisture before the end of the day, then not rinse out?????! I'm kinda angry at this cream right now...I saw the ingredients listed on NC include heavy polyquats, but they're not listed on the jar, which is why I went for it. It's acting as if there are unlisted cones or something...uugh...
Anyone know what's happening here?
