Fitness Challenge - done! 15 weeks of hard work - done! In the beginning I didn't think I'd make it through alive and now I'm going to miss it.
Down 16.2 lbs. Down 13.75". Big changes in muscle tone, strength, stamina in a mere 3 months. I can now do 150 crunches which I never thought I'd see the day. I already re-upped at my old gym to continue getting fit.
The banquet was today and I won 7 awards and 5 First Place prizes. I'm pretty darn proud of myself. : )
Excuse the hideous before and after pics (I hate my face) but it really shows the difference in 3 months.
