I found out by trial and error.
Wheat and Quinoa protein. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Dry brittle straw.
Salt. It's been in every shampoo and conditioner, that was otherwise gentle, but totally wrecked my hair.
Honey makes my hair looks like it's having a static storm, no matter how small the quantity.
Waxes weigh my hair down and build up on my scalp. I'd have to clarify regularly if I used waxes in my hair.
My hair is ambivalent about Argan oil. It tends to stop working in my hair and my hair never gets used to anything. Strange.
Aloe, rosemary, lavender, and mint make my scalp itch and in worse case scenarios give me rashes. Same story for perfume-y synthetic fragrance.
