I do yoga at home regularly (again finally!) but I sneak in a class whenever I can. In honor of all of you who can do a headstand or have ever tried one, it's tough! Congrats! I can sometimes do a teddy bear headstand - that's where your knees on on your elbows. That's as good as it gets for me. However, below is what I'd like to be able to do compared with what I am really capable of (I'm sure you can figure out which is which):
