So I have upped the norethindrone to 5mg 3 times a day instead of 2 as the dr told me. It's been a week since I've been doing that....and the bleeding hasn't stopped. I'm taking the tummy friendly iron. I'm still exhausted cause I won't stop bleeding. He told me the NuvaRing may be giving me extra estrogen so when this one is up I won't put a new one in. Because he upped the norethindrone before I'm inclined to maybe up it to 4. I'm hoping when I take this NuvaRing out maybe that helps the bleeding. I just don't know what to do.

Back on Cones,so now my routine is,wash with Deva No-Poo every other day or so. Occasionally use 365 sulfate free,maybe use low sulfate shampoo mixed with conditioner once every two weeks are longer. I condition with Aussie Moist or HEHH. I style with a little GF TN,and finish up with tons of GN Pure Clean Smoothing Cream. No frizz...slippy, happy hair.
