I swear I'm not trying to be a Debbie Downer but I can pretty much guarantee you won't see any hair growth after only 2 weeks. I've been cutting and growing my hair since I was a little kid so I've been in your shoes many times! I think on average, hair grows about 1/4 to 1/2 an inch per month. If you have just gotten your hair cut, I would wait about 6 weeks then go back to your stylist and let him/her know you're going to be growing your hair out. That way, they can give you a hair cut that will work with your growing curls. While you'll want to get regular trims to keep dead ends away, you could probably stretch them out a bit longer.

Some people have luck with supplements such as biotin and/or MSM. I have found that a healthy diet with a regular multi vitamin, less stress and regular scalp massages help a lot. I would also invest in some cute and fun hair accessories and try some new ways to hair your bob so you don't get bored while you're growing it out. Good luck!!!!
